We love Wagner!
Here at take a walk on the mild side, we have a soft spot for Wagner. This grew when our favourite contestant on this year's X Factor, Aiden Grimshaw, was sent home FAR too early in the competition. Without Aiden, we lost all interest in the show as a competition, but were delighted by Wagner's unique and uplifting performances each week. The show is now down, once again, to Simon Cowell's favourites. Do not fear as Wagner can live on with the help of The Hidden Dingbat Collective and their FANTASTIC X Factor colouring book.
We love you Wagner!

A Friday Funny
As a big fan of Cage's over acting and somewhat crazy expressions, this is possibly the funniest thing I have ever seen. Amazing work by hh1edits.
'Nicolas Cage Losing His Shit', set to Clint Mansell's theme from Darren Aronofsky's Requiem for a Dream.
Cage at his finest.

So, it's Friday afternoon and I thought we should celebrate the start of the weekend with the amazing converse of Peaches Geldof.

OK, I know I'm quite late to the party, but this is another brilliant video from OK GO, their best yet!

I have no time to blog at the moment. I am presently alone in a B and B while working away from home on 14 hour days. Bleak. So while I'm away I direct you to Pretty Much Penniless.
23 year old blogger Eleanor is my kind of girl. She likes finding lovely things for bargain prices and has a soft spot for Miranda Hart. Go see...but please come back!

VT's Tweet of the Day.
The tweet of the day today comes from Nando's loving ex Live and Kicking presenter and Dancing on Ice flop @andipeters
@andipeters 'I have about 100g of pineapple a day, always fresh, I buy a whole pineapple and prepare it myself...then keep it in the fridge, 5 days worth'.

It's MOvember!
Please check out a good friend of mine who is part of the Fantashtic Abbey Momen on the Movember website
Movember challenges men to change their appearance and the face of men’s health by growing a moustache. The rules are simple, start Movember 1st clean shaven and then grow a moustache for the entire month. The moustache becomes the ribbon for men’s health, the means by which awareness and funds are raised for cancers that affect men. The men of Movember commit to growing a moustache for 30 days.
I'm a big fan of the connoisseur tash.

Eat, drink and be scary!
Halloween is over and I had a great time. Having never celebrated Halloween before, I feel like I have missed out on lots of excuses to dress up like an idiot, dye my hair green and cover myself in ketchup. Bummer!
So from now on, I will make like my Halloween inspiration Heidi Klum, and celebrate in style. Starting with a Halloween party next year... Who wants to come?

HAPIE HALOWIEN
Well I hope you have your crazy outfits all sorted because it is Halloween weekend.
I shall be apple bobbing, pinning the glasses on Clark Kent and feeling guilty for missing a 16 year old's birthday party.
Whatever you do, don't have nightmares.
I leave you with THESE!
